Kadi Horn has been playing violin for 12 years and viola for 6 years. She also has played cello, bass, flute, guitar, and piano.  She was very involved in orchestra in high school, performing with groups such as the Front Range Youth Symphony, the Commerce City Youth Orchestra, and the Adams County Honors Orchestra along with her high school orchestra.  She is now a fourth year biology, microbiology, and music student at CSU. She plays both violin in viola in the CSU Symphony and Sinfonia, chamber groups, and opera pit orchestra.  She is an American String Teachers Association certified teacher, and serves as treasurer on the student board for ASTA at CSU.  

 

Personalization is best when it comes to these lessons.  The students can seek help on individual technical improvement or assistance with school or other music.  Her method of instruction strives to be inclusive of theory and technique while learning exciting repertoire.
