How to Redeem Your E-Gift Certificate
Your E-Gift Certificate can be redeemed at spotlightmusicstore.com and at our Fort Collins store.

Redeem online:
- Shop: Visit this website and add the items you'd like to purchase to your shopping cart
- Check out: When you're done shopping, go to the Checkout page and then,
- On the Checkout page, enter your gift card number in the "Coupon or Gift Certificate" box.
- The E-Gift Certificate Number can be found in the E-Gift Certificate Email that was sent to you.
It is the XXXX-XXXXX code. - The second value is your PIN which can be used to check your E-Gift Certificate's balance.
- Submit your order and complete order and payment process. The E-Gift Certificate will have been applied to your order.
- That's it!
Redeem at our Store:
- Print out your E-Gift Certificate email and bring the printout with you.
- Shop in our Fort Collins store.
- Present the E-Gift Certificate to the cashier at checkout.
- That's it!

E-Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
- Promotional discounts or coupons may not be used to purchase E-Gift Certificates.
- No taxes are charged on the purchase of gift cards-applicable taxes are charged when gift cards are redeemed.
- E-Gift Certificates can be redeemed only for future purchases of merchandise or repairs at our Fort Collins store or through spotlightmusicstore.com.
- Upon redeeming your E-Gift Certificate, if your purchase exceeds the amount of the gift card, you will need to pay the balance.
- E-Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and are not refundable if lost or stolen.
- When redeemed at our Fort Collins Store, gift cards containing an unused balance of $10 or less will be cashed out.
- When redeeming E-Gift Certificates on-line, any unused balance will be available for future purchases of merchandise online.
- E-gift Certificates are usually emailed within 4 hours and available for use as soon as the email arrives.
- E-gift Certificates may not be resold and we retain the right to confirm the identify of recipient of the E-Gift Certificate.
- Use of our E-Gift Certificate constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
